Circuit

In addition to the interval training, i’ve also added the following circuit to my workout schedule. I hope it helps out on my situp and pushups.
 
  • Chest presses
  • Abdominal crunches
  • Push-ups
  • Hanging leg raises
  • Overhead triceps presses
  • Abdominal crunches on an exercise ball
  •  

    Plan to follow this up with a 2 or 3 mile run.
