Thursday Night Dinner

No discount bento at the supermarket so I decided to make Eggplant Parmesan.
 
Slice up the eggplant then use egg to bread them.
Fry the slices in oil (or olive oil).
Once golden brown, dry the slices on some paper towel.
Put the eggplant on a cookie sheet and put some tomato sauce and cheese on top.  Into the oven for 5-10 mins.
