Tako Night

I caught 2 Tako spear fishing today. Lovely looking aren’t they?

                                                          

 
Here I am cleaning them out. Fun Fun

I cooked them two different ways.  Both of them were cleaned, salted, and then pounded.  The first I slow cooked in beer for 1 hour and then made into poke.  The second one was fast boiled (below) and the deep fried.
