Situps & 1.5 Mile

I did a track & situp workout today.
 
1min situps: 43
2 lap warmup
1mim situps : 35
1.5mile: 11.11
100m sprint-100m walk x2
 
The goal time for my 1.5 mile is 11m flat.  Alomost there.   Situps… i’d be happy with 45.
