Apples were on sale this week at the market and I bought tons of them. Since I can’t eat normal sweets, I decided to make a low fat apple crisp.
Start out with some sliced apples.
Then, mix up the toppings. Oats, brown sugar (tad), cinnamon, butter (tad). Mix it up well.
Result looks like this
Put the apples on a baking sheet
then put the topping on the apples. Spray with some pam and a bit of honey
Place in the oven at 375′ for 35 min.
