Sunday Workout

I’ve had a few nagging injuries and hadn’t done my full weekend gym/Koko Head workout in a few weeks.  I got back into it today.  Benchpress was a little weak but earned a new PR on the up Koko Head breaking 16:30 for the first time.
 
16:25 up…and 5:42 down.  Lots of people in my way on the way down as well as an untied shoe lace cost me 20-30 seconds.
