This is my big accomplishment from cross fit. 2 weeks ago I couldn’t do these at all, but, my coach kicked my ass and now I can manage about 10 or so in a row before I fall over. I got Mayumi to take a pic/video of me doing them today after our bbq. Pretty amazing I was able to do any seeing I had been eating bbq and drinking beer for the past 2 hours. This wall isn’t high enough either. The next step will be to do these without a wall.
