Workout of the day

Today’s workout was pretty hard.  Took me 22:31 (not counting the extras at the end) to finish.
 
500m Row
30 Knees to elbows
30 Pushups
30 Wall balls (24 lbs)
30 Butterfly situps
30 Box jumps (20 inch)
30 Pushpress (75 lbs)
10 Dumb bell sumo lift (50 lbs)
30 Back ext
20 Pullups
1 lap (400m)
 
For those strange people like me, finish up with an extra 1.5km run and 20 jumping pullups.
