Workout of the day

 
Hard hard hard.  It looks so simple but the dead lifts just killed me even tho the pushups were cake.
 
Max rounds in 20min
 
12 Dead lifts (185 lbs)
12 Pushups
 
+ my 1.4KM run and 20 jumpiing pullups at the end.
 
I managed 7 full rounds plus 3 extra dead lifts
