Work out of the day (morning) & weigh check

WOD 1
 
Since I’m scheduled to sit on the plane again tonight for 12 hours… I decided to give my body a little hell beforehand. Workout 1 consisted of a 9 mile or 14.5km run. This was my first long run in over 1.5 months and I did better than I thought.  Took me 1:49 to finish.  Gotta do better next time.  On to WOD 2!
 
Got on the scale this morning too.  171.5lbs.  Can’t remember the last time I saw that number!
