Work out of the day (x2)

Two workouts today.
Morning: Run 5.5 Miles (8.8km).  Took me about 51mins.
Afternoon: Crossfit time!  Did Cindy: As many reps as possible in 20 min.
5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats
I did 10 full rounds plus 3 extra pullups.  No band today for the pull ups either.  53 real pullups!  What an accomplishment. I also manage to do a 48”  (1.23M)jump after the workout.  Man that was high.  The picture below is what I looked like after the workout.
