Workout of the day

 
Did my old Sunday workout for the first time since June 14th.   As you can see from the chart, I lost a bunch on benchpress and situps. On the other hand, my running is better now.
 
 
After the gym, headed back up Koko Head. Time up 17:41 and down 6:01.  The time going up is pretty average for me but about 30 seconds slow down due to all the people in my way.
