15 burpee pullups
10 Burpie pullups
10 SDHP
5 Burpee pullups
15 SDHP
15 Thrusters
 
Time: 12:02 not including my 1.5km run.
 
I had never done a burpee pullup before. Found this youtube video of a guy doing 100 of them! Yikes
