Workout of the day (x2)


Morning: AMRAP in 15 min

3 strict pullups
5 burpee dead lifts (225 is rx… i did 115 due to my back)
15 situps

Back is still hurting me a good deal. Tried hard to really lower the weight today.  7 rounds + 3 pullups, 5 dl’s, and 3 situps.
+ my 1.5km run at the end.

Afternoon: Koko Head rail road tracks. PR@15:55! Yeah.
