Workouts of the day (x2)

Morning: Pullup Day!

Even minutes: pullups
Odd minutes: 12 squats
 
Started at 3 pullups and kept adding 2 each round.  Must complete the round within the min.  I made it to 13 pullups or 6 rounds before failing to do 15 in 1 min.  I then continued on and did an extra 14 pullups over the remaining 2 rounds.  So I did a total of 48 pullups + 14 extra.  As you can see, this really took a toll on my hands. Ouch.

Crossfit Hands:

Afternoon: 5k jog. 33 min
