Workout of the day (x2)

Morning:

As Many Rounds As Possible

3 reps Press (90 lbs is rx)
6 reps 1 legged squat (3 each leg)
9 reps slam ball (20 lbs)

I did 10 rounds +3 reps of the press.  Also ran my 1.5km after

Afternoon: Ten Rainbows! Crap am I beat.  1 rainbow= run down and then back up my driveway, 12 pushups. Why do i call them rainbows? Take note of the picture above.
