Morning: Interesting WOD today:   Total 150 reps of: Wallball (20 kg), barbell lunge (95 lbs), GHD situps.  What is a GHD situp?  See the picture below.

I choose the following:

20 GHD Situps
20 Wallballs
20 Lunges
20 GHD Situps
20 Wallballs
20 Lunges
10 GHD Situps
10 Wallballs
10 Lunges

Time: 13:53 not including my 1.5km run.
