Workout of the day & Poke

What to do on a lazy Saturday afternoon?  How about Angie.
 
Angie: For time
 
100 Pullups
100 pushups
100 Situps
100 Squats
 
Time: 27:32.  Did this 2 weeks ago and was a 2.5mins slower.  Made great progress esp. on my pullups.
 
After the workout, I stopped by the supermarket and noticed this sashimi bowl.  Reminded me of Hawaiian Poke. Yum
