Workout of the day (x2)

Morning: Today was suppose to be a long run day, but, it was just too hot.  Managed 5 times around the track or 6.9km in 44min before I stopped.

Afternoon:  Did another hero workout today.  Tyler is dedicated for 1LT Tyler E. Parten, 24, of Arkansas, died Sept. 10 in Konar province, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained when insurgents attacked his unit using rocket-propelled grenades and small arms fire. He was assigned to the 3rd Squadron, 61st Cavalry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado.

5 rounds for time:

7 muscle ups (since I can’t do muscle ups… 21 pullups, 21 ring dips)
21 #95 Sumo deadlift highpull.

This workout was pure hell for me.  Blisters ripped off on my hands and I was already tired from the morning run.  Stuck with it and finished in 49m20s.  Yikes.

Return of the crossfit hands….
