Been up here many times.. some how, this time I felt like a tourist

Even when I am suppose to be on vacation, I some how find myself infront of the computer working

Here is the new board: 9’4.  I had it custom made.  

I cooked the turkey upside-down for most of the baking time… this helps it not try out (but doenst look as nice in the pictures).  Trust me, it tastes better this way tho.

Was lucky enough to stay here… pretty nice hotel.
