Rainbows is pretty famous here in Honolulu.  When I was in grad school I use to eat here a lot more often (they give you tons of food).  All out of bbq chicken so I ordered a mixed plate.

Made a trip out to the farm to take some pics for the new website.

Had a quick little bbq in Kahala with Mayumi & Tony.

Made another shake after a run and snorkeling.  Today’s consisted of pineapple, banana, ice, coconut milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla.
